Group C (Residential Occupancy)
10 m x 20 m (200 m² per floor)
The house is built with wood framing and features light grey limestone cladding for the exterior. A darker wooden balcony adds contrast and texture to the façade. The structure sits on a concrete floor system, providing a solid base and durability.
The design focuses on creating visual contrast through material selection. The use of light grey limestone paired with dark wood accents creates a modern and elegant aesthetic. The layout emphasizes natural flow between indoor spaces while maintaining a cohesive architectural language.
Role was to develop the full design for a two-story residential house, including floor plans for the ground and second levels, building elevations, and overall design flow. I was responsible for ensuring that both the structure and layout met residential standards while achieving the desired design aesthetic.
Successfully designed and completed construction of the residential home, delivering a cohesive and well-executed project with a clear design vision and fully developed drawing set.
